Cómo insertar un Homer mandón

Por aclamación popular aquí os dejo las instrucciones para añadir a vuestros blogs la imagen de Homer diciendo "¡Deja un comentario!". Para ello, añadid un gadget del tipo HTML/Javascript y pegad en él lo siguiente:
